I believe in a person-centered approach; in equality; inclusion and integration of multi-faith, culture, tradition, diversity; abilities & disabilities; across ages & gender.
Every person is unique, special and gifted, has an intrinsic humanity, deserves to be treated with fairness, equality and respect, has a right to the basic needs of life – to love, be loved, be accepted, to belong, including the well-being of mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. Every person has a right to explore art & creativity through self-expression and the right and the ability to evolve and be transform.
I facilitate and work, using a range of mediums in art and creativity to explore and bridge between that inner voice ‘the voice in our head’ with our human experience as one of the ways to healing and transformation, giving voice to the unspoken by cultivating a person’s creativity towards self-awareness, mindfulness, a balanced, positive attitude & energy for personal growth and self-care.
