I offer a range of private sessions, workshops and retreats designed to provide individuals and groups to tap into their creativity for personal growth and well-being. My approach is simple, engaging and encouraging, using a variety of materials and mediums.

 

Who I Work With

I work with a diverse range of people, including:

  • Individuals: People who feel busy, pressured or stressed and are looking for a creative outlet to find balance and calm.

  • Groups: I specialize in working with families, carers/caregivers, and special interest groups.

  • Ages & Abilities: I have extensive experience working with people of all ages—from children and young adults to the elderly—including those with specific needs and people living with dementia.

 

My Approach

My approach are personalised - person and group-centered. I use creativity and art as a tool to explore ideas, discover yourself and at times  work through challenges. Ultimately, my goal is to provide a safe space for anyone to be, who simply wants to relax, have fun, and enjoy a creative flow or process.

Intuitive-Spontaneous Workshop

Spontaneous workshop is bypassing the conscious mind. It calls us to be open, natural, uninhibited, unselfconscious, relaxed mind to access a deeper level of our unspoken.

 

Note: You do not need to be an experienced artist nor have any knowledge in art to attend the workshop. Come as you are.

Treading gently workshops are for those who would like to explore more about themselves and others which involves both spontaneous and intuitive interactive experience through arts and creativity outdoors with nature and its surroundings.

Journaling Workshop. Mindful CreativeArts

Journaling Workshop

 

Journaling workshop is journaling (record) your thoughts, experiences and observations using art and creativity to express yourself. It is a daily, weekly or whenever needed practice. This practice has now extended into Mindful Leisure Art line drawing.

Retreat. Mindful CreativeArts

Mindful Creative Art Workshop & Retreat

Mindful creative art retreat is a guided sanctuary where you disconnect from daily stress to reconnect with your inner selves, using spontaneous and intuitive expression as a tool for awareness and presence.

These retreats emphasize the intentional, process-focused sensory experience of creating—such as the feel of the brush or the flow of the ink—to cultivate a meditative state of "flow" and unlock deep personal creativity and insight to be refreshed and recharged.
